The Peegies go global! Our goal is your satisfaction and we hope to make your shopping experience at ThePeegies.com as easy as possible. Please note that our Shipping & Return policies apply to all items except for items purchased under "Other Merchandise".
Shipping PolicyWe ship most orders of in-stock items within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via registered air mail. Our charges include shipping, handling and packaging which will be added to your bill. These charges are estimates and are in the following amounts listed below:
a) J & G does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, we are not able to guarantee the delivery dates and your order may arrive after the estimated business days for various reasons, including unforeseen delays. We will notify you by e-mail of any unanticipated delays.
b) We will deliver the items ordered by you to the address you give J & G for delivery at the time you make your order. You will become the owner of the items you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the items have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and J & G will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that all import duties and taxes (if any) which are levied once the package reaches your country are billed separately and are the responsibility of the package recipient. This can also include additional charges for customs clearance (if any). Please contact your local customs office for further information as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
Returns & Exchanges PolicyWe value our relationship with The Peegies Fans and are dedicated to make purchasing items from our website enjoyable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items received, J & G shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 7 days following the day of receipt and return the items in their original condition, unworn and with tags intact for a replacement. J & G cannot accept exchanges, which are damaged or used or without their original packaging.

a) Shipping, handling and packaging costs are non-refundable. Import duties and taxes paid (if any) are also non-refundable.
b) Any further charges (for e.g. shipping charges) incurred upon returning the item(s) shall be borne by the purchaser and under no circumstances will J & G accept item(s) returned pay-on-delivery. We recommend sending the package by registered mail. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. J & G is not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.
c) Once the item(s) are received, J & G will check that they are in good condition and will then proceed to process the exchange request.
d) Please note that we do not accept exchanges for merchandise purchased during special offers.
Incomplete, Incorrect or Damaged ItemsIf the items J & G delivers are incomplete, incorrect, or damaged due to a flaw or if you do not receive the items ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, please fill in your details below:-
